£15 off for you and a friend

1. These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion being offered by the Participating Clinics (the “Terms”).

2. The ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion entitles an eligible participant to a single £15 discount off a clinical consultation, clinical treatment, or a product including pet food, toys or accessories (the “Offer”). The Offer cannot be redeemed against repeat prescriptions or Pet Health Club payments. The Offer is only available for redemption in Participating Clinics between 04/08/2025 until (and including) 04/11/2025 (the “Offer Period”).

3. To be an eligible participant for the purposes of redeeming the Offer:

a. The individual seeking to redeem the Offer (the “Referee”) must be referred to a Participating Clinic by a Referrer (a “Referral”);

b. Referrers must complete a Refer a Friend form, referencing the Referee. The Refer a Friend form can be obtained online on the websites of each Participating Clinic or in practice at the Participating Clinics; and

c. Both the Referrer and Referee must be aged 18 or over at the time of the Referral.

4. Discounts are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. The Offer will be applied to:

a. The Referee’s first appointment or purchase at the Participating Clinic; and

b. The Referrer’s next visit to, or product purchase with, the Participating Clinic after the Referee’s first appointment at the Participating Clinic.

6. The Offer can only be used once per Referee. There is no limit to the number of Offers that can be redeemed by a Referrer.

7. The Participating Clinic reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer at any time with reasonable notice.

8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. The Offer is automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the Offer for value to anyone other than the original Referrer or Referee. The Offer can only be used as stipulated. The Offer is non-transferable/not for resale.

9. By participating, you agree that the practice will contact you via email and/or text message to deliver your discount and related information.

11. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then they shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

12. These terms and conditions are governed by relevant laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit any disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement you and we may agree to refer the matter to arbitration, but you and we are not restricted from bringing court proceedings. Except as set out in this document, the standard terms and conditions of the Participating Clinic will apply.

13. Unless the context otherwise requires, the defined or capitalised terms have the meaning ascribed to them in Schedule 1 (Defined Terms).

Schedule 1: Defined TERMS

“Participating Clinic” means each clinical practice, listed in the table, part of Independent Vetcare Limited which are participating in the Offer. The list may vary from time to time.

“Referrer” means a registered customer of a Participating Clinic.

“Referee” means a new customer of a Participating Clinic who has not previously registered with a Participating Clinic or who has not been registered with the Participating Clinic within the last two years of the Referral.
