After 3 wonderful years treating our furry friends in Southampton and the surrounding areas, the practice will close permanently on Friday 21st August 2020.
We are so grateful to each and every one of our clients and your furry companions for your support over the last 3 years. This decision was not taken lightly and there have been many factors that have lead us to make this very difficult decision.
The team at our nearby partner practices, Christopher Carter Vets, would love to welcome you and your pet/s from now on. You can expect the same outstanding level of expertise and support from them. And you will also continue to receive reminders regarding vaccinations from them.
If you do not want to register with Christopher Carter, you might want to consider our other partner practice, Beech House in Bitterne. They have also kindly agreed to honour our easivac customers vac for life plan, provided that regular flea and worming products are purchased.

Your 365 Plan and payments were all frozen on 12th June 2020. You may be entitled to a refund between the months of April-June 2020. If you have not already requested this, email email@example.com and we will be happy to discuss your plan with you.
Have you heard about the Pet Health Club? This is a fantastic pay-monthly healthcare plan similar to our 365 Pet Care Plan, available at Christopher Carter & Beech House Vets.
Christopher Carter & Beech House Vets will honour your free booster for life plan at their practice so long as all year round flea and worming products are purchased from them.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to do this, we will offer you a full refund. If you haven’t already informed us of this please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can get a refund processed for you.
We would recommend that you request your pet’s history to be emailed to you so that you have it for when you need to visit your new chosen vet. Please send medical history requests to email@example.com with your full name, address and pet names so that we can find your pet’s records on our system.
If you prepaid for a procedure before our practice closed in March we will of course be able to refund you for this. Please send all refund requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
